Police: 1 dead in Hampton shooting

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Saturday afternoon.

According to police, the incident occurred in the 0 block of Tide Mill Lane. One victim, a 17-year-old male, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police received a call about the incident at 4:24 p.m.
